Having an autoimmune disease is both scary and difficult. Know that you are not alone. My job is to meet you where you are today.

Over the first 4 weeks I will walk you through the steps to transition to the autoimmune protocol (AIP) via an online course.

Then you will stay in the AIP elimination phase for anywhere from 30-90 days, all depending on your unique body and how you feel.

Then using tools included in the course you begin to reintroduce foods. Learning what your body responds well and maybe not so well to.

The exact timing of when you begin reintroductions is up to you - I am here to support your health journey.

In addition to the above you will have the chance to perform a nutritional assessment on your health and then I will make custom recommendations that are unique for where you are today.
