Anatomy & Physiology
We start with two weeks of anatomy and vocabulary information. It is important to understand the body parts, where they are located, what they are called, and what they do.
Proteins and Fats
Proteins are the building blocks of our bodies. But, fats are the long burning fuel. Plus, fat makes food taste amazing.
Stress & Sleep
It is impossible to be truly healthy without moderating stress and ensuring you get adequate sleep. We cover off on why that is and how to reduce stress and improve sleep.
